Suggested Uses: 1 to 2 cups of grains, 3/4 to 1 1/4 cups of bean, 2 Tbsp to 1/2 cup of seeds to be grown and greened for salads. Product Notes: Consists of a bottom-draining inner container in which the seeds are sprouted, an outer container which holds the inner container in a raised or lowered position.
